The games are designed to be easy to learn, engrossing, and have long-term game play elements to keep players coming back day after day. Our design allows us to host hundreds and thousands of players on a single server to keep infrastructure costs down and game speed up.Simple, but effective business principles have helped make OGC a consistently profitable web based games company, making money year after year, pound after pound. All OGC games are built using our own technologies. From TCP networking to multi-user databases, load balancing and online credit card billing, OGC has created its own software solutions. Over the years, two massively multi player game engines have been developed, the efficient and highly stable 'Horizon Engine' and the versatile and unique 'Eclipse engine'. Custom built, these engines allow OGC games to be easily and effectively updated, offering OGC customers an unparalleled level of game maintenance and upgrades.
